This Privacy Policy relates to our use of any personally identifiable data (”Personal Data”) collected from you when using Sleep Cycle Heart Rate. What Personal Data will we collect and for which purposes do we collect and process it?

HealthKit:

Sleep Cycle Heart Rate will, by your consent, integrate with Apple Health by submitting heart rate measurements to Apple Health, and keep your personal profile updated by reading data from Apple Health. The data that Sleep Cycle Heart Rate will read from Apple Health is limited to previous heart rate measurements, weight, height, gender and birth date; you can restrict Sleep Cycle Heart Rate access to any of these data values from within the Apple Health App.

Heart Rate Health survey

If you are invited to participate in the Heart Rate Health survey and you voluntarily chose to participate and provide information for the purposes of the Heart Rate Health survey feature, we will collect, compile and analyze information, which will not identify you personally, on an aggregated basis and conduct research on end user demographics and behavior based on such aggregated data. We may share this aggregated data with research institutes, our affiliates, agents and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

We will only use the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and for the purposes of analyzing and presenting end user’s heart rate patterns and behavior on an aggregated level.

If you provide Personal Data for a specific reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by e-mail, we may use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data through the Heart Rate Health survey feature, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred to and stored on our servers. However, we will cease using your Personal Data once you no longer want participate in the Heart Rate Health survey.

Sleep Cycle Heart Rate will not store any cookies on your device.
